Questions

What people ask before switching

Including the ones that are awkward for us. If yours is not here, the contact page reaches a person.

No, and we are not planning to. You pay per calendar per month whether you take four bookings or four hundred. Commission pricing means your best month is our best month and your quiet month is still expensive for you, which we think is the wrong shape for a small business.

We import them. Send a CSV or connect your current system and we bring across future bookings, client records and contact details. Historical bookings come over as a read-only archive. It takes a day and we do it alongside your existing system, so nothing depends on the new one until you say so.

Yes, and it is the default. Name, contact and a card if you are taking deposits — that is the whole flow. Forced account creation is the single biggest cause of abandoned bookings we have measured, so we made it opt-in and most people leave it off.

On its own, a little. Combined with the three-hour SMS reminder, the median account sees about a third fewer. We would rather give you that number than a bigger one, because the accounts that saw enormous drops mostly had no policy at all before, and that is not a fair comparison for you.

Class and group booking is newer than the rest and it shows. If you run drop-in classes with waitlists and shared capacity as your main business, a specialist tool will do it better today. One-to-one appointments with the occasional group session is where we are strongest, and we would rather say so than have you find out in month two.

Export everything — bookings, clients, notes, payments — as CSV from the settings screen, any time, without asking us. Your booking page keeps working for thirty days after you cancel so nobody turns up to a dead link, and then it redirects wherever you point it.

If you are switching, the import happens before the trial starts so you are testing it with your own diary.
